Empowering Through Education

We focus our community impact on improving access to learning and mentorship—particularly for young girls and underprivileged students.
What we’re doing
1. Supporting 32 girls
with education sponsorship and weekly mentorship.
2. Volunteers from Bengaluru
teaching computer basics to blind and underprivileged students.

Creating opportunities for young girls and underprivileged children through learning and mentorship.

Equity & Inclusion (E&I) initiatives (2024/25)

We’re building a more inclusive organisation through actions that support diverse communities, strengthen accountability, and create real development pathways.

1) Community engagement & partnerships
Goal:
Support diverse communities through volunteering and partnerships.
Actions include:
- A company-wide volunteer day supporting underprivileged communities..
- Partnerships with non-profits aligned to E&I goals (e.g., mentoring marginalised youth, supporting minority-owned businesses).

2) Accountability & transparency
Goal:
Ensure E&I is measurable and owned.
Actions include:

Establishing a cross-functional E&I committee / task force.
- Running an annual anonymous employee feedback survey and benchmarking year-on-year.
- Regular review meetings to track progress and adjust as neededDeveloping reporting (e.g., diversity in leadership, pay equity) and sharing progress with stakeholders.

3) Culture change: Women in leadership
Goal:
Promote women in leadership across the business.
Actions include:

A company-wide drive to support women’s progression with clear career pathways and support systems.

4) Women’s empowerment meetups (quarterly)
Goal:
Create regular opportunities for connection and growth.
Actions include:

Quarterly online sessions covering leadership development, career growth, work-life balance, mindfulness, digital skills, personal finance, and more.

5) Single parent support
Goal:
Strengthen support for single parents and explore partnerships that enable recruitment and collaboration with single-parent-led organisations.

We aim to keep our teams and stakeholders informed through:
- Regular updates in newsletters or town halls.
- An annual report shared externally with partners/clients (where appropriate).
